Our Process
Planning
Requires an on site visit to identify what is not working for you in the existing space. Set objectives for the remodel and design goals. We will also be discussing budget and rough timelines.
Design
Includes a $200 fee to create a 3D sketch of the space that is being remodeled along with 2 revisions. Sketch includes proposed layout and rough materials based on the information and budget provided during the planning phase. This fee is applied to the overall contract price if you proceed with the remodel.
Contract
We will provide you with a detailed estimate that includes costs , detailed scope of work , timeline and terms and conditions. Estimate will also include allowances for finish materials.
Permits /
Material Selection
All necessary permits will be pulled within your county. We will send over a selection sheet for materials that are left to be selected by you. For example, Any plumbing fixture, tile , cabinet hardware etc.
Construction
This is the space to introduce the Services section. Briefly describe the types of services offered and highlight any special benefits or features.
Final Walkthrough
/ Close out
During the final walkthrough we will go over the work that was completed and answer any questions you may have of your new space. All close out documents and warranty will be provided at the end of the walkthrough. This is where the final payment will be collected.

Are you licensed and insured?Yes, we hold a Class A General Contractors license specializing in residential construction. We also carry workman's comp insurance and COI.

Do you pull permits?Yes, we pull permits for all kitchen and bathroom remodels.

How much does a Kitchen Remodel cost?The price of a kitchen can vary depending on the size of the space and cabinet selection. A rough starting budget to have for your kitchen remodel is 30k-40k for a smaller kitchen and $50k + for medium to larger kitchens. Find pricing in Services page.

How much does a Bathroom Remodel Cost?The price of a bathroom can vary depending on materials and whether or not plumbing fixtures are getting moved. A good starting budget is 25k for a basic 5x8 hallway bathroom with a shower. Larger bathrooms with premium finishes can cost between $35k - $50k. Do you offer warranty?Yes, we offer a 2 year warranty on all labor and material.

Do you have employees or subcontract work?We have in house crews that work on every project. We subcontract our plumbing and electrical. All our trades hold their own master license.

How long until I get an estimate?After we have our initial consultation, expect a design within 48-72hrs and a formal estimate within 24-48hrs after design is approved.
